The annual HOA meeting plus the election of Belle Lago Board of Directors has been moved from April to March to give our seasonal residents a better chance to participate. The meeting will be held on March 27, 2023, at 5:30 pm in our Club House’s Social Room. Materials for the election will be sent to you from Castle Management
It is essential that our board members are not only qualified but also are willing to work to keep our community running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to get involved in and learn about your community.
This year there will be three, two-year positions available. These positions are currently held by Shawn Bright, Bob Grady, and Rick Rice. Rick Rice was elected last year to a one-year term filling a vacancy. Bob Grady has announced that he is not running for a fourth term so there is at least one position that will be open. Bob thanks the wonderful residents of Belle Lago who elected him to three terms (six years).
As of March 1st we have 2 candidates for the 3 open Board seats. These candidates are Shawn Bright and Richard Davis. Please click on their names for information about each candidate.
Since we only have 2 candidates for the 3 open seats, the director for the third seat will be elected at the Annual HOA meeting March 27th. Nominations will be received from the floor and those present who have not already voted will vote.
